- Provide a URL from your institution´s unrestricted web page or web directory that proves your student status.
- Attach a scanned copy of your dated student ID.
- Scanned confirmation document signed by an authorised person from the university.

Registration and payment terms:
All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this web-site from 2 January, 2017. Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice or by credit card during registration process (the invoice will be sent after a successful payment). Please note that when choosing the credit card payment, a fee of 2.5% of the total payment will apply.
Participation in the Congress and the events of the Congress is subject to a fee. Registration for the Congress and the accommodation booking of social events is binding for the participant. The fees are to be paid in advance according to the invoice the participant will receive after successful online registration. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Congress participant.
Should you cancel your attendance at the Congress by 24 April, 2017, the attendance fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35 euros. In case of a cancellation between 25 April - 5 May, 50% of the attendance fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35 euros. In the event of a cancellation at a later date, no refund is possible. Please submit your cancellation to the Congress Secretariat in writing via e-mail: email@example.com.
Congress organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the programme at short notice. A pro rata reimbursement of the attendance fee is not possible for cancelled lectures or changes to the programme.
